PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Asset Management)

IMMEDIATE START - REMOTE - 2 MONTHS CONTRACT - Rate on application

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer/Technical Consultant to provide support, enhancements and administer their PeopleSoft Asset Management application.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Replace the customisation standard PS fields in all relevant tables to enable search in physical inventory.
  2. Decentralise security roles and enable procurement users to assign users in country offices to be able to manage their own inventories with regard to location, custodian and location cost centre changes.
    1. Enable Audit options to track all system actions related to assets.
    2. Analyse ability to issue electronic property receipts.
    3. Enable receipting for a pilot country office in a test environment.
    4. Enable the asset insurance page in a test environment.
    5. Support UAT and migration to production.

Technical Requirements, Experience

  • Deep knowledge of the PeopleSoft Asset Management module in particular Physical Inventory
  • Experience with PeopleTools 8.58, including expert knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application packages, Integration Broker, AWE, Event Mapping, Activity Guides, Search Framework, Acknowledgement and Questionnaire Framework.
  • Experience of both designing and executing technical solutions from business requirements in PeopleSoft.
  • Experience of data analysis.
  • Experience of being lead and sole technical resource on a PeopleSoft project and working with non-PeopleSoft professionals.
  • Experience with SQL on Oracle database

Languages:

  • The project will be conducted in English.
