On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Prague, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Software Engineer DevOps Agile (f/m/x) financial area Prague - #374P1727

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide Agile leadership to our distributed Operational teams
• Maintain and foster an environment that enables teams to embrace agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver value through improved product development processes.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Operational teams on continuous improvement of processes according to the team and stakeholders needs.
• Monitor progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• Live day to day life with the team to feel teams dynamics and moderate eventual tensions coming from customers

Mandatory skills and experiences:

• University degree in Information Technology or 3+ years' prior experience of scrum master
• Passion for Agile, Strong understating of Agile working models
• Internal
• Comprehensive knowledge of agile principles and practices
• Be able to take responsibility and deliver results autonomously, sometimes under time pressure
• Hands-on experience in software development and people management

Optional Skills:

• Knowledge of the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework or other agile frameworks.
• May help for the job:
• Understanding and/or experience with DevOps
• Awareness About Continuous Integration (eg Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis).
• Experience with high criticality 24/7 environments
